"Andrew and his team have helped me with numerous contentious matters."
Holding HR-related meetings can be difficult and stressful, even for the most experienced managers and professionals. With countless other management issues to deal with, your time should be focused on other things rather than employee issues.
At HR-Onsite we can deal with the matter leaving you free to concentrate on other matters. We attend at your premises, hold the meeting, and provide you with a detailed report in which we give a suggested outcome to the issue.
Let us remove the stress on you holding the meeting, as well as saving you precious time, by having one of our friendly team of HR experts deal with the matter on your behalf from start to finish.
There’s no long-term contract, you can use us as little or as often as you wish.
Do you want a service that’s easy to deal with, efficient, and less expensive than other providers? Simply call us or email us at email@example.com and we’ll do the rest.
We will resolve the matter in a professional manner and as quickly as possible for the benefit of everyone. We want the process to be as smooth as possible with the least disruption to you and your business.
There’s no contractual tie-in, you can use us depending on when issues arise which, hopefully for you, won’t be too often!
Under section 10 of the Employment Relations Act 1999 an employee and/or worker has the right to be represented by a colleague or a trade union representative at a disciplinary and grievance hearing, including an appeal hearing. They do not have the right to bring a friend or a family member who is not an employee.
HR-Onsite holds a range of HR meetings on behalf of businesses – grievances, disciplinaries, investigations, long-term sickness hearings as well as redundancy, TUPE, settlement agreement meetings. We are independent and will consider both sides of the argument before providing the company with a detailed report to include a recommended outcome to the matter, which is based upon the information provided to us.
From conducting the meeting to providing you with our report, the process should be concluded within 3 working days unless additional information is required that delays the process. In this event we will keep you notified of any potential delay in issuing you with our report.
Our costs are based on an 8-hour day that includes our time attending the meeting and then drafting our report. We anticipate the matter will be concluded within this period and we charge for one 8-hour day. Although we don’t charge for travel to attend your premises, the cost will be reduced if we hold the meeting remotely by video-conference.
Contact us today and we can discuss your requirements and the cost of our service.
